All events mandatory. Must inform Vork by email 12 hours in advance of any missed guild events to avoid attendance penalties. Be ready to provide receipt and/or signed affidavit in PDF format as proof of conflict. Work/school, doctor's appointments and family deaths will not result in attendance penalties. There are no exceptions for holidays, religious or otherwise. Each guild member is allotted one business week of vacation time per year. Dates must be cleared one week in advance. The Guild Leadership reserves the right to overrule vacation day choices as per guild needs. Thank You, Vork |
